Is my appointment time the time my vehicle will be serviced?
Not unless you have scheduled a wait appointment. Your appointment time is when you will meet with your Service Advisor to discuss your vehicle’s concerns and service needs. If you need your vehicle returned by a specific time, please let your Service Advisor know.
Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced?
Generally, wait appointments are offered for repairs expected to take one hour or less. For work that takes longer, we recommend leaving your vehicle with us. Please arrive on time for a wait appointment so we can help keep your visit on schedule.
Do you provide loaner vehicles?
Yes. Courtesy vehicles are limited and available by advance arrangement, subject to eligibility and dealership policies. Please bring your driver’s license, insurance card, and credit card.
What are your service hours?
Our Service Department is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can drop off your vehicle before or after hours using our night drop service, and pick it up as late as 6:00 PM.
How do I make a service appointment?
You can schedule online at any time using either scheduling option above. Alternatively, call our Service Department and follow the prompts to schedule an appointment.
Do I need an appointment if I have an emergency issue with my vehicle?
If your vehicle is not drivable, an appointment is not necessary. Please contact our Service Department to let us know the vehicle is on its way. We will do our best to accommodate you and complete the repair as soon as possible.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Complimentary vehicle pickup and delivery is available by appointment anywhere on Long Island. You can select pickup and delivery as a transportation option when scheduling your service appointment online.
Do you offer financing for service and repairs?
Yes. Land Rover Southampton offers flexible payment options for eligible service and parts purchases. Financing is subject to approval and applicable terms. Learn more about service and parts financing or ask our Service Department for details.
Can I use a loaner bicycle while my vehicle is serviced?
Complimentary loaner bicycles are offered seasonally, weather permitting. You can also enjoy our outdoor waiting area. Please ask our Service Department about availability.
Do you offer a shuttle into Southampton Village?
Yes. We offer local shuttle transportation, including trips into Southampton Village, by arrangement. Please let us know when scheduling if you will need a ride.
Is after-hours service drop-off available?
Yes. Use the night-drop envelope beside the service entrance, include your contact details and keys, and place it in the designated drop slot. Our team will follow up when the Service Department reopens.
