Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Is my appointment time the time my vehicle will be worked on/serviced?
A.
No, unless your appointment is scheduled as a "wait" appointment. Your
appointment time is a time set for you to speak with your service
advisor about your vehicles concerns and needs. If you should need your
car back in a specific time frame please notify your Service Advisor.
Q. Can I wait while my vehicle is being serviced?
A.
In general, we will only make "wait" appointments for repairs that will
take an hour or less. Any repairs that take longer than one hour we
always suggest that the vehicle be left off. Remember: punctuality is
key with "wait" appointments so we can get you in and out of the shop as
efficiently as possible.
Q. If I have to wait for my vehicle and the repairs will be more than an hour, can I have a ride to local shopping?
A. Absolutely. We will be happy to drive you into the village of Southampton and pick you up.
Q. Do You Provide A Shuttle Service?
A.
Absolutely. We try very hard to accommodate your needs so please notify
us that you will need a ride when you schedule your appointment for
service and we can make arrangements for you.
Q. Do you provide loaner cars?
A.
Yes we do, but because of our limited supply of loaner cars they are
given by appointment only. Don't forget to bring your driver's license,
credit card, and insurance card to help us expedite the process for you.
Q.What Are Your Service Hours?
A. Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. After hours service drop off is also available.
Q. How does the after hours service drop off work?
A.
There is a night drop envelope next to the service entrance. Simply
fill out the envelope, put your keys inside and drop it in the slot. We
will get your keys and call you in the morning. Please ensure you leave
your best contact number and email address as well!
Q. Who do I call to make a Service Appointment?
A. Please call the Service Department at (888) 324-4135 and speak to one of our Service Advisors.
Q. Do I need an appointment if I have an emergency issue with my vehicle?
A.
No, an appointment is not necessary when a vehicle is not drivable. All
we ask is that you contact the Service Department and let us know the
vehicle is on the way. We will do our best to accommodate you and repair
your vehicle as soon as possible.
